Jennifer is the Senior Director of Global Research and Consulting for CBRE Australia, a branch of the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm. Utilizing some of the most advanced technology and computer software, professionals at CBRE offer a variety of high quality services with localized knowledge, providing personalized service that is backed by global expertise.
Although Jennifer started her career out in Banking as a Settlements Clerk, she soon discovered that her future lay not in banking yet in the property industry. Stemming from a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Property Economics), Jennifer specializes in property market analysis. Using a systematic approach, Jennifer inspects each individual property to evaluate its position in the market. Furthering the process, Jennifer monitors key indicators for a variety of property types, allowing her to analyse trends and develop models.
Jennifer acknowledges one of her biggest achievements as winning the University Medal at UWS as well as winning a spot on the CBRE Circle of Excellence. In addition, traveling to Vietnam as part of the prize was a highlight of Jennifer's working career.She credits her success to her hard work and dedication.
Jennifer is affiliated with ATC Business Chicks and Australian Property Industry Professionals. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys Horse Racing.
